Rapidly growing renewable energy company opening an office in Philadelphia offers you an opportunity for unlimited growth and compensation. Job entails hiring, training, and managing sales staff selling renewable energy systems (solar, solar thermal, and wind) to residential and commercial customers.
Successful candidate will be highly motivated, organized, and creative with sales experience and should have strong computer skills. A background in HR and training is helpful. Strong communication skills a must. Should be comfortable working from customer's and home environments as well as the office.
Compensation is commission based (minimum $100,000 / yr.) with yearly incentives and could quickly climb with no limit. Regional manager position likely for successful area manager.
